Software Hot-house was founded in 2003 by Chris Blair and Richard Heap - whose previous experience is summarised below:

Dr. Chris Blair, MIEE, C.Eng.

Chris holds a doctorate in computer communication protocols from Cambridge University and has spent twenty years developing software - primarily in the computer telephony arena. He spent twelve years with British Telecom's Syntegra division where he was software architect for  trading room telephony and data systems. From 1996 to 2003, Chris was Chief Technology Officer for Eyretel plc - a UK company providing innovative voice and data recording products to call centres, trading floors and lawful intercept systems.

Richard Heap, MA (Cantab.), MBA

Richard Heap joined Eyretel plc in April 2002 where he held the role of Executive Vice President, Product Development. Previously he was Vice President of Information Systems for Global Crossing, and prior to that Vice President at both OptiMark Technologies and Market Vision, both Wall Street technology providers. He holds an MA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Cambridge and an MBA from Henley Management College.
